Ashley Reynolds joined ORBIS America in August 2021 as Assistant Manager, Marketing, and now serves as Manager of Marketing Initiatives and Outreach, overseeing marketing, sales, and recruitment. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Marketing and Sport Management, she began her career in sports marketing before transitioning to manufacturing, where she developed a passion for digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Originally from northwestern Pennsylvania, Ashley’s background gives her a deep appreciation for the manufacturing industry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring with her dog Akela, spending time with loved ones, cooking, and experiencing motherhood.
