Ronald joined ORBIS in mid-2023 as a Senior Business Process Consultant for our Microsoft division, bringing extensive expertise in compliance, data privacy, denied party screening, and marketing automation. With experience across automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, marine, and wind industries, he has a strong global background and holds numerous patents worldwide. Beginning his career as a mechanical engineering apprentice with ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Ronald gained hands-on experience through service management, R&D, and leading new service locations before transitioning into Microsoft Dynamics 365 in 2015, where he focused on project management, process design, and automation. Today, he enjoys collaborating with customers to solve problems, boost efficiency, and build systems that drive compliance and customer satisfaction.
