Ronald joined our team in mid-2023 as a Senior Business Process Consultant for our Microsoft division. He has experience in several compliance requirements and processes such as Data Privacy and Denied Party Screening but also has a deep understanding of sales, service, and marketing, specifically marketing automation. Ronald has worked in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, but also has expertise in off-highway, marine and wind industries. He has global experience and currently holds 23 US patents, several EU patents, a few in Asia, and a handful of world patents.
He enjoys working with customers to help solve problems, find more efficient ways to do the same tasks, create systems that can guide a user through a process, as well as achieving compliance and customer satisfaction.
Ronald started his career as an apprentice for ZF Friedrichshafen AG as a mechanical engineer. Over time, he learned a variety of skills by performing tasks assigned to him, understanding the importance of hands-on learning. Ronald was a service manager for many years and opened 2 service locations and brought others up to speed. He worked in research and development before going back to being a service manager. In 2015, Ronald switched gears to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and became a project manager and process designer for an international project involving customer service, technical support, and warranty, including varying degrees of automation. Later, he expanded his skillset with the Microsoft power platform.
Ronald’s favorite vacation was traveling to Italy with his wife and a few of their friends. He says, “especially since the friends that went with us can no longer travel, it is wonderful that we could give them, and us, such wonderful memories that they still talk about to this day. However, any time I am on vacation with my sweet wife, it is always fantastic.”
In his free time, Ronald enjoys gardening, both flowers and vegetables, do-it-yourself projects, and in more recent times, an AI yard robot. His favorite is, of course, spending time with his grandkids.
