A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Marketing and Sport Management, she began her career in sports marketing before transitioning to manufacturing, where she developed a passion for digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Originally from northwestern Pennsylvania, Ashley\u2019s background gives her a deep appreciation for the manufacturing industry.
