Ashley Reynolds joined the ORBIS America team as Assistant Manager, Marketing in August 2021. Over the last four years, she has stepped into the role of Manager, Marketing Initiatives and Outreach, where she oversees all marketing, sales, and recruitment efforts.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sport Management, Ashley began her career working in the sport industry doing sales and marketing. With a career shift to the manufacturing industry, she has a newfound appreciation for digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Born in northwestern Pennsylvania, Ashley brings a unique perspective because she grew up around manufacturing plants and warehouses, with many of her close relatives in the industry.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Ashley could be one animal, it would be a tiger. She says, \u201cNot only because they are my favorite animal, but also because of their nature. They are born leaders; poised yet courageous, self-confident, goal-oriented while always exploring their curiosity. I have loved tigers since I was a little girl, and they remain my favorite animal to this day.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading a good book, exploring with her dog Akela, spending time with her family and friends, cooking a new recipe, and trying to perfect her at-home latte. She\u2019s a new mom and has loved seeing the world through her son\u2019s eyes. She says, \u201cit\u2019s like reliving the best parts of your childhood again, but instead you get to be the one creating the magic\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
